1. Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the United States, depending on the shipping method and destination.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

  • Carriers: We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Note: Shipping times may vary due to high order volumes, holidays, or carrier delays.


2. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

To start a return, please email us at support@royaltyhealth.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.


4. Cancellations

  • You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped.

  • After the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and our standard return policy will apply.


5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you’ve placed an order:

  • We’ll notify you via email.

  • You may choose to wait for restock, receive a substitute item, or request a refund.


6. Sales, Promotions & Discount Codes

  • Promotional offers are valid only during the promotional period.

  • Only one discount code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.

  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.
